Festive gingerbread 280 g

Holiday gingerbread is a traditional, delicate gingerbread made in Latvia, whose special bouquet of aromas and flavors includes cinnamon, cloves, allspice and black pepper, coriander, and orange peel. The special charm of the end-of-year holiday is in the intoxicatingly sweet scent of gingerbread, which gives the room an atmosphere of warmth, love, and coziness during the darkest time of the year.

The dough is made according to our own recipe during a long cooking process to highlight the distinctive flavor of Liepkalni.

Gingerbread figures are arranged in a bag to create a festive feeling. Each one is carefully pressed by hand and browned and crispy, filling the entire area with its own scent.
